Certified Health Coach in Nutrition, Lifestyle and Mindset. I specialize in Autoimmunity in Women's Health.

Through my own journey with Multiple Sclerosis and fertility challenges, I realized how hard it is for a woman to just be a woman, in a world where you are asked to fit in boxes: wife, mother, pregnant, menopause... and where you just want your life and energy back.
